"recurring"=happening again
"universe"= space,place,etc..
bi+recurring=>2x(happening again)=>this implies that all events occur at least 4 times
therefore=> birecurring universe is a space where all event occur a minimum of 4 times..
considering that there is no proven scientific phenomenon of this sort in the universe where we live,it may be asumed that such a phenomenon may possibly be found in some parallel universe/some other dimension,until this hypothesis is disproven...
is that a bright enough idea for you?
